Wild Swimming or cold water swimming is undeniably exhilarating. An unforgettable retreat experience led by our wild swim coach experts. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, this Saturday afternoon refreshing dip into Welsh waters is the perfect way to submerge yourself into the wild. Combined with the morning’s yoga sessions and workshop, you’ll feel both energised and invigorated.

Wild swimming is an amazing thing to add to your routine. Invigorating and refreshing, you’ll leave exhilarated! It’s a must for our weekend yoga retreats. We have expert wild swim coaches to guide you through the whole experience, giving you inside knowledge of the amazing benefits of cold water swimming, as well as providing you with the all important safety tips and techniques.

Sheena Wild Swim Coach
  • Sheena is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of nature immersion and is a keen wild swimmer and trail runner. Sheena has lots of local knowledge about stunning secret spots to dip, and has spent the past few years running wild swim retreats and open water swimming courses. She holds a Level 3 NWSP from the Royal Life Saving Society and a Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid.

  • Hattie uses her depth of experience to coach beginner to intermediate swimmers in a range of outdoor environments. Harriet is a very hands on coach, who is particularly experienced with beginners looking to try Open Water for the first time, helping them to develop their confidence and ability over time so they are able to expand their own swim practice outside and beyond coached sessions.

    Enjoy the Autumn equinox in this beautiful eco-friendly yoga retreat. Cosying up with a friend or loved one by the log burner in your very own bell tent. Various yoga sessions will build heat and move our bodies. Fuelled with delicious plant-based, whole-food meals round the camp fire; keeping warm under the stars; and forming new friendships with a cold dip in the welsh waters, as we welcome a new season.
