We believe food is fuel. Food should be well-balanced, nutrient-rich and energising. Organic and sustainable, wherever possible. We pride ourselves on our plant-based, wholefood menu, which packs a punch when it comes to plant diversity and flavour.

Whether you’re gluten-free, vegan or a meat-eater, you’ll be both pleasantly surprised and amazed by the food and drink on offer at our yoga retreats.

    Enjoy the Autumn equinox in this beautiful eco-friendly yoga retreat. Cosying up with a friend or loved one by the log burner in your very own bell tent. Various yoga sessions will build heat and move our bodies. Fuelled with delicious plant-based, whole-food meals round the camp fire; keeping warm under the stars; and forming new friendships with a cold dip in the welsh waters, as we welcome a new season.
