Deposit for Weekend Yoga Retreat
You can pay a 50% deposit for the Retreat using code DEPOSIT50 at the checkout. The remaining 50% amount will need to be paid 6 weeks before the Retreat weekend.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Tickets can be returned, exchanged or refunded up to 30 days before the Weekend Retreat starts, less a 5% admin fee of the total booking fee. Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of the event. If you miss an event, we cannot refund you. The Weekend Retreat can be transferred to others, if you are unable to attend.
We understand that some circumstances are unavoidable and we will do our best to help you resell your tickets/booking in order to offer a refund, less 10% to cover the admin and advertising costs.
If we have to cancel the Weekend Retreat for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer you a place on the next availabel weekend retreat or offer a full refund.
Food provided
All food provided is plant-based, vegan. We will do our best to accommodate you with dietary requirements, if you provide us with enough notice. We can easily accommodate gluten-free and nut-free meals. However, please be aware that food is prepped in kitchens that has had nuts and wheat in previously. We therefore cannot guarantee that food will not contain traces of nuts/wheat.
